New Year’s Resolutions

So far, I am doing reasonably well with my new year’s resolutions: flossing, taking my vitamins, and finding exercise I like doing regularly (the last one I haven’t been doing quite as well with but the new yoga mat my sister Pam gave me for Christmas is helping).  And the gift from my other sister, Maureen, is also helping – the floss she put in my stocking is the best I’ve ever used, haha.  In case anyone wants to try it – Oral B Glide Pro Health Deep Clean Floss!

And, thanks to Gill, I’ve picked up another one…

Gill is trying out to be a fitness instructor in a couple months and needs to pass certain fitness tests as part of her try out.  One of these involves doing 30 push ups in one minute.  She was a little worried about this one so we decide to practice by doing this program that trains you to do 100 push ups in a couple months (  We’ve only done two days so far but look out everyone – we’re improving already!
